Atwater Village’s Link N Hops Carries Craft Beer and Sausage Up to Tujunga Soon

Opening later this year in the hillside enclave

Coming soon to the relatively sleepy mountainside hollow of Tujunga, it’s Link N Hops, an offshoot of the Atwater Village restaurant of the same name.

The first iteration of Link N Hops is a medium-sized pub spot serving a variety of sausages, sides, and craft beer, and has become something of an easy-eating staple for the neighborhood. Owner Andy Hasroun has similar plans for the second go-round up in Tujunga, which takes over the shuttered Jimmy Dean’s Burgers on Foothill Boulevard.

As that address is slightly larger, though, you should expect an expanded menu and service elements, though those details are still coming together. So is the restaurant space itself, which is under construction now with plans for a late spring or early summer opening. Once it arrives, Link N Hops Tujunga will join the likes of newcomer Honeybird in La Cañada Flintridge as strong new sit down dining options for the hillside neighborhoods.

In the meantime, Hasroun has decided to sell 55 Degree Wine, the small wine bar and bottle shop that shared a strip mall with Link N Hops in Atwater. Hasroun owned the place for eight years but wanted to focus on Link N Hops moving forward, so decided to move things over to some new owners. As for their part, a small touch up is underway inside, but nothing much is changing at 55 Degree Wine otherwise.

Expect Link N Hops Tujunga to open later this year, with open plans to potentially serve as late as 2 a.m. on weekends.
