LA’s All Star Chef Classic Returns With Even More Culinary Masters

The L.A. Live event lands in March

This year’s All Star Chef Classic returns to Downtown Los Angeles in a big way, with a multi-night affair running at L.A. Live in early March.

The high-end festival features a ton of award-winning chefs this year, including hometown heroes like Ludo Lefebvre, Antonia Lofaso, Mirko Paderno, Dahlia Narvaez, and Govind Armstrong, among many others. You’ll also find Hugh Acheson, Mike Lata of Charleston’s Fig, Jeremiah Stone and Fabian von Hauske of New York’s Wildair and Contra, and lots of international talent to boot. Pierre Gagnaire, anyone?

This year’s format makes for a few dedicated dinners throughout the course of the run, from a French Masters evening on Wednesday, March 8 — for a cool $295 regular seating, $425 platinum — that will run multiple courses and include wine pairings.Thursday night is the same but for Italian chefs like Fabio Viviani and Jamie Bissonnette out of Boston (and at the same price), while Friday is the Restaurant Stadium dinner with a ton of American chefs from all over the States. Saturday will feature smaller tastings at a variety of different sites on the larger L.A. Live property.

Tickets are on sale as of today for American Express members, apparently, but regular sales start on January 19. Overall the event sounds like a lot of pricey fun.
