After a few nights of friends and family and a Fashion Week party, Pasquale Jones is ready to soft-open tonight in Nolita. Pasquale Jones — the second project for the team behind King Street’s Charlie Bird — will prepare most of its dishes from two giant Stefano Ferraro ovens.
